Excolent property

I have lived here about 2 weeks. The apartment is nice. Rent is affordable. Nice pond view from balcony. AMple parking spaces. The leasing staff is most nice and always offering help. The mainitence department is top notch. The Groundskeeper has the grounds looking as good as it ever had and did a great job blowing all the leaves and cobwebs from my building.

Kind staff, Fast Matienence, Beautiful views and accessible

The staff has been very kind when on the phone and maintenance has been quick to resolve any issues I have within 24hrs (unless they need to buy new parts understandably). I personally love all the nice wild animals around the lakes on my walks. Neighbors are kind and friendly. I feel safe here. The only problem is that this apartment complex is located right next to a highway and busy street. This is a double-edged sword where commuting to work is nice and easy, however, every so often you will hear firetruck sirens or loud people in their cars racing past the apartment. This is really my only complaint and there isn't really much of a feasible solution.
