The front office employees are useless

As long as nothing is wrong, you will be fine. Basically impossible to reach the front office unless you take time off of your jobs working hours and go in to see them. Don't answer emails, don't check voicemails don't pick up the phones. Main access gate was removed due to damage for over week. I had a $500 bike stolen that was chained and locked up in the appropriate area while this gate was down. Contacted the front office and they said there is nothing they can do. I asked if they would review footage on the cameras so I could see who or what vehicle left with my bike and they said "thats a lot of effort to review 8 hours of camera footage" and they refused. Filed a police report and nothing, never reviewed footage or contacted me back. After the main car access gate was fixed they had the audacity to send out an email saying "The property is secure" even though they are well aware the pedestrian gate at the second entrance is and has been wide open and broken for MONTHS.
