The waterford has been a great place to live. The neighborhood is very safe and conveniently located to many stores and restaurants. The apartment is nice and anything that needs to be fixed is done in a timely manner by maintenance. The apartments are a bit noisy as they dont block out much sound from the neighbors and the gym could use some updating but overall the waterford is a great neighborhood to stay in.
