Overall good place yo live due to the location to the highways. Issues with the garage elevator is a bit annoying. Issues with the air condtioner system is also annoying.

I've lived at The Carling for 4.5 years, and highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the heart of Jacksonville. The apartments are a great value with beautiful views, historic architecture, and convenient parking in an attached garage.
