I love the apartment complex it is just overpriced

It has been an amazing experience. I love the staff the maintenance team. I have never had any issues out of any of them getting things fixed or working with me. My only issue is the price of the apartments have gone up significantly with very little actual improvement done to the apartments besides some of the electronic upgrades with the electronic door locks automation and other finite upgrades. I believe it doesn't justify a massive increase in price. It also bothers me that new occupants get a cheaper price on an apartment than those who have resided here for a longer period of time I believe that the apartment should show and appreciation to their loyal residence.

Issues

Only been here 2 months and there's some mixed reviews. The staff is friendly but I've complained about there not being any cleaning wipes in the gym to wipe down your equipment after using it. It's been out for several weeks now and I've known several people have complained as well with no results. It would be bad enough during a non-pandemic but in the middle of a pandemic, I don't understand why they won't put cleaning wipes in the gym. My truck was broken into a month ago. Just saw the other day where other vehicles were vandalized recently as well. Other complaints are unfortunately I have noisy neighbors who are up all hours of the night. The positives are there is usually a good amount of parking and it's in a pretty convenient location. Also they do a pretty good job of maintaining the grounds and keeping things neat and clean.
