Love my new home.. location, friendly staff all my neighbors are very nice.
Good Living
Lived here about two months now, no complaints about the space itself, however maintenance likes to just say they will do something and then not do it or not follow up, like my gutter overfilling and flooding my balcony when it rains. Property is well positions, close to st johns and the avenues, 20 minutes to the beach and close to restaurants and other shopping. Overall I would say 8/10.

Fantastic experience so far. Maintenance staff is especially helpful and nice.
