Love living here in this community. Neighbors are quiet. Pool is relaxing. Close to main highways. Maintenance is on time to respond. Office staff is amazing.

Bainbridge has been a very easy place to live. We have been very happy here. We love the fact that there is a walking trail on sight and the beautiful sunsets are a plus. The community is filled with respectful, friendly neighbors and the environment is quiet, clean and very well maintained. The maintenance staff is always available to help which makes for same day repairs :) Parking is never an issue. We were nervous about downgrading from a house to an apartment but it’s actually proved to be an upgrade. My family is incredibly happy to be here!

Breakers flip for no reason for no fix. They take months for fix anything around the property. Community grill are always broken. Any major problems in the apartment forget about getting fixed. They can't keep staff more then 3 months it seems like.
