Hollywood Gem
The Upton Apartment Homes represent luxe, resort style living in Hollywood, FL. The amenities are a real treat, facing a well landscaped golf course. While some of the units need some updating, the staff has been working to modernize/ renovate when necessary to match the current market rates; they have been very helpful with maintenance needs. Overall, I’ve been very thankful to have found such an incredible complex in this prime location.
Upton Apartments
I have lived here since May... It is a nice community with great amenities. Getting maintenance issues fixed is a little challenging but other than that, it is a great place to live.
Great place to live for the most part
I actually very much love it here. Great space, fantastic amenities, staff at the front office is really nice and attentive to needs, and maintenence staff is friendly and punctual - for the most part. I only have one issue with this property - the security gate - or as it should be called - just a gate. Residents/Visitors here are not respectful of the rules, and I am constantly being tailgated. Since there is no security at the gate at night, tailgating is so common that I notice the security poles at the gate that go up and down are constantly malfunctioning or breaking. What puzzles me, is that someone is paid to man the pool after hours for a while - which is pointless if the main gate to the whole property is unattended. The gate is a false flag of security, and basically anyone can get in at any time. That being said, considering how much we spend on rent - and I dont mean myself, I mean every unit - there must be a budget for 24 hr security. Otherwise, all that gate does is delay my arrival to my front door by a minute. Aside from that issue, I hope to stay here for a while. I really love where I live. Moving here was a great decision.
