No major concerns
The parking in the back of the building isnt great at all as it floods really bad when it rains. Also, the parking is very limited for visitors. The washer sometimes doesnt spin the clothes dry enough. Also, access to only 1 washer and dryer is didficult when sharing with several tenants.
