Great location

Great location and very nice building. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance can use a hand or two and the price is slightly on the higher end, but then again welcome to SFouth Florida.

Overall Rating..... Fair. Pluses: Great location. Older building with good design vs. today's "cookie cutter" boxes. Negatives: Got very expensive without added upgrades to property of better service. Takes to long to get major maintenance issues fixed. Seems to be ongoing water issues with the property. Water shut off to many times thoughout the year.

Summary Review

Positive: Great location. Negative: Spotty quality of residents. Lots of garbage thrown on the ground by residents and residents rarely pick up after their dogs. Dog poop all over the place. Lots of rules but little enforcement of the rules. Big issues like the property entrance gates go for months and months without being fixed. This type of big maintenance issue makes the property look like a lower rather than a higher end property. The property other than location does not command the high rents and is a poor value.

Maintenance is terrible

Maintance will come to yiur home look at the issue you request to be fix and never return to fix the issue . I have had this issue since i moved in.
