Lived here going on 5 years. Here are the issues; 1. The main issue here is there is no enforcement of any rules even though emails are sent out reminding residents of the rules. For example: 1. The common area's under the stairwells are constantly being used by residents to store their personal belongings like baby strollers. This makes the hallways look like a junk yard. 2. The parking lot is littered with cars that have no parking stickers using prime parking spaces. 3. There is dog poop littering the property. 4. The resident entrance that requires a resident swipe card has been broken for 6 months. 5. Motorcycles are covered and used for storage taking up prime parking spots. 6. The property balconies and patio area's are littered with grills that are NOT electric creating a potential fire issue. 7. Brick walkways in certain area's have collapsed and are in need of repair. 8. The property has not had the large trees properly pruned in 2 years creating a hazard if a hurricane hits. As listed above the property has issues which are not indicative of a high end property.
