Summary Review

Positive: Great location. Negative: Spotty quality of residents. Lots of garbage thrown on the ground by residents and residents rarely pick up after their dogs. Dog poop all over the place. Lots of rules but little enforcement of the rules. Big issues like the property entrance gates go for months and months without being fixed. This type of big maintenance issue makes the property look like a lower rather than a higher end property. The property other than location does not command the high rents and is a poor value.

Maintenance is terrible

Maintance will come to yiur home look at the issue you request to be fix and never return to fix the issue . I have had this issue since i moved in.

Property not kept up well

Location is great. The overall maintenance is poor. The security gates have been broken for months. Filled out maintenance requests with no response or action on the requests. Rent went up last year while service went down.
