Nice place to live
I have lived here 2.5 years. I would recommend Tivoli. I like the sidewalk trail around the community and it feels very safe, and it is always clean. I also have a walking trail around the lake in my subcommunity, Tivoli Lakes. The maintenance team is 10/10, always friendly and responsive. Glad to see that the unhinged emails from investments limited have been reduced! I like that the emails keep us informed about lost pets and the package thief.
Good Location But Lots of Noise
I have lived at Tivoli for 3 years. The location is convenient and property management is making efforts to update the neighborhood. Unfortunately, there is a lot of noise from neighbors. The people renting these apartments how no consideration of others. Constant fighting and screaming can be heard all hours of the night and there is total disregard for anyone nearby trying to live in peace and quiet. I don't think food trucks should be in parking lots near apartment buildings and playing super loud music. I won't even get into all of the dogs barking and howling nonstop. If you are looking for a quiet place to live, Tivoli is not the place for you.
Great Place to Reside!
I've lived here for about 4 years now and it has been a very peaceful 4 years here. The community makes you feel safe to roam and to relax in your home. Very grateful to have a supportive staff in the resident services office.
