Moved in about 45 days ago. Dawn and the entire staff have been nothing but helpful and professional.

Aside from the parking situation, living here has been an absolute breeze! Love it here!

It's a good place to live, quiet a mostly clean but I wish the rent would be less.

I have lived here 2 plus years, and my upstairs neighbors make noise at all hours. I am handicapped, but the handicapped spots are at the wrong end of the parking lot for my use.

Tivoli means garden but dont expect gardens at Tivoli. The development might have boasted plant life once upon a time but now looks sad and forgotten. Plants are not well kept, grass is dead or gone. Amenities.. you are not told until after you sign the lease that the gym requires a pass that will cost an additional $120. Parking is appalling, I often must park far from my apartment which doesnt make much sense, where do all these cars come from if they dont live here? Dog poop is everywhere, i dont know why adults can pick up after their animals. We sign a paper saying we wont have a grill and we wont leave trash at our front door - both grills and trash are everywhere. Why does one neighborhood have a hot tub but another neighborhood hot tub is filled with a tree? Amenities you said though. When maintenance was called to fix a dishwasher, i was given someone elses broken dishwasher. When i called for AC, the man flipped thebreaker and left. Of course its still not working. Prayers the last few months are better than the first few.
