I have had an amazing experience with all the staff at Sands Parc. beginning with Ms. River. River went out of her way to insure everything was perfect with my apartment before i moved in. Her professionalism and kindness was profound and so much appreciated. I was always greeted with a smile. Lisa the Manager was also very honest and accommodating. Juan the maintenance manager was outstanding making sure the inside was clean and perfect for my move. I couldn't be happuer with my choice to be a resident here at Sands Parc. Great team effort!!!! I sincerely thank them for welcoming me to my new home. God Bless

This has been a great choice for me and my husband The ONLY negative is that resident's don't always pick up after their dogs.

Vet and pet friendly

Only been here a few days so far however River made the move in process go by really smoothly . We looked at quite a few places after moving here, some were about the same price point but not near as nice nor nearly as many amenities or they wanted you to pay to do things like use the gym, others were really nice like Sands Parc however their price point was quite alot higher . My dogs are really loving the big bark park gives them lots of room to burn off some energy. Being a veteran living across the street from a brand new VA facility is a huge bonus also. My wife being a veteran shopper really loves the outlets being right around the corner also lol. If you are looking for a really nice great location with really nice amenities Sands Parc is a great place to start looking.
