Sands Parc Apartments

I have resided here at Sands Parc Apartments for over 2 years. I fell in love with the apartment and still do, I feel right at home and very comfortable. It is so peaceful and quiet here, the location is fantastic, shopping is very close and several medical facilities are too. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Christina helped us, she is so awesome, always so friendly and accommodating. I give her 5 stars. Thank you.

Random management

Be prepared to be surprised by monthly charges that are have not being discussed before and utilities charges duplicated or worse. Some charges are “forecasted” but expect others later and wait for notes at your door. We used to get regular mailed or email bills that varied according to your usage but now you just have to brace yourself and pay! Management will patronize you to death!
