So far the move in has been fine. I stay to myself an keep my apartment clean.
Been here long time
Good and bad as you will find anywhere. Not much for children to do other than swim- pool sometimes is over rin w drunk people and or unruly kids so thats not much fun. Laundry rooms really could use some help. Maybe a dog park or area for animals to run, more strict policy on dog poop cause its every where now. Theres alot of people living here that arent on lease so they are clogging up parking, i have to have babysitters ocassionally and cannot safely park them close by from the other people who are here but dont have to comply…lots and lots of homeless people leaving needles and personal trash- even on dock i go out sometimes late at night and theres tons of people fishing and or sleeping ( homeless) its scary sometimes cause theyre not people that live here. Windows and doors could use update wind blows them around and hvac goes right out/ heat in I have been here awhile i do enjoy it, those are my concerns for the complex
