The rent is cheap-ish but raises really quickly The washer and dryer haven't been working all year, the lady that works the front desk is extremely rude, things never get properly fixed, you tell them something and then they forget about it and try to lie and say you never told them that. People drive their cars on the sidewalks and through the apartments. We have had weird people wandering around the apartments, dogs being let loose off their leashes by residents and nothing gets done. The only thing good is that it's cheap but makes sense considering everything that's wrong with it.
