The parking for guests is inadequate, there needs to be at least 5 more guest spaces for the reserve building. On the weekend people have to fight for spots in order to ensure that family and friends can be able to park. The fact that your towing policy is so strict exacerbates a problem that doesn't promote goodwill.

Have lived here for 9 months. Grounds and building not well maintained: filthy hallways, stairwells and elevators always full of garbage. Entire building smells of marijuana 24/7. Kids that don't live in the building lurking around at all hours. Lots of police activity in complex.
