Pretty noisy recently, can barely rest sometimes due to neighbours being too loud and making disturbing noises during resting hours.

I have been living here for 4 years. I like the building, the location and my apartment. I am paying a high rent for a building that includes a pool. The pool has been inoperable for a year and communication about the problems and date when work will be completed is poor.

Lived here for 1 year and 6 months. Find it very convenient. Close to grocery stores - walking distance to Trader Joe's, less than 10 mins drive to Milam. Having shopping mall is convenient.

Sorry to say it, but it’s honestly really disappointing to include the pool as an amenity but yet to not be able to use it when. I chose this place I chose this place with a pool that was functioning and now it seems it’s not functioning for more than one year, which is kind of frustrating at this point.
