Parking is starting to be an issue, Not because the lack of, there is plenty. The issue its not organized for residents and office. If you come home before 5pm as a resident you force to park away from the residential elevators. The office building tenants are parking around the residential elevator but they cannot use them?? I suggested to reserve the parking space nearest to the residential elevators for residents only but property manager didn't even reply to my email. The parking will get worse as more and more retail stores open in the mall.

We have been in Galiano Apartments for 9 months. The location is perfect in Coral Gables. Parking is the only issue.
