LOVE LIVING AT WATERVIEW COCONUT CREEK
I have lived here for about a year now. This has been the best experience in the 9 years I have lived in Florida. The community is very well maintained. Maintenance is super responsive and hard working. The entire staff is helpful and personable. Move in was stress free. I love my lakeview! It's very tranquil and quiet sitting on my patio enjoying the view of the water. I couldn't be happier. Just renewed my lease! Thank you Patricia, Rogelio and Jose for such a wonderful experience. You make this feel like home :-)
Review
I believe they are only concern with increasing rent annually. However, they do not undertake the maintenance that the buildings need. Appliances and air conditionings are over 15 years old and they never replace nor clean. There is no overview of the property and people who are not residents use our amenities and parking. Staff is very unpolite with residents. Manager is never available and refuses to attend residents. She always send any requests to understaff.
The View Review
I have lived here for over five years and I really like the location and the townhouse apartment on the lake is very ideal. I love my home. It's quiet, has great grassy areas and in a perfect location for walks. I definite like living here, however, I dare say I was a bit disappointed last year when the rent went up so drastically! Unfortunately, I had to take a medical leave right before the Pandemic to take care of my parents (before they passed away within two weeks of each other) and my husband has been ill and wasn't able to work. This put me in a financial crunch! I am a very hard worker but I had some hard times. During the Pandemic your company did something wonderful. You allowed us to pay the rent in two payments during the month. You have no idea how much this really helped. Also I see that other complexes have raffles where they offer free rent one in awhile. I'm happy to see that you are offering a $1000 Amazon card that someone will be able to win. I hope you do more things like this to give us incentive to stay and winning a card like that would be a great help! Please keep this up and I hope to see more contests and drawings in the future!
