I used to live here for 6years and I honestly really miss it but i don't miss my neighbors because some of them were musicians and at night the only thing you could hear is music. You might think the music was good but no it really wasn't.

The bedroom is way too small I have to put my king size bed in the living room because the balcony is in the bedroom
