The Gate Apartments to a great place to live for the price. Feeling secure is one of my main concerns. The Gate Apartments is a gated community. The buildings are secure. A fey fob is needed to enter between 5 p.m. and early morning. The rent is reasonable. The staff is approachable and professional. The maintenance techs are awesome! If you have an issue concerning your apartment, the techs will resolve your concerns within a reasonable amount of time. The amenities are great! There's a pool/grill area, very nice and clean fitness rooms, a tot lot, bark park, etc. The grounds are very well maintained. Publix is across the street, along with a 7-11, cleaners, McDonald's, Walgreens, First Watch, Dunkin, Tiajuana Taco's, Wendy's, Millers Ale House, Chilli's, Panera all within walking distance, I have no complaints!
