Pet rent - $25/month per pet One-time fee: $250 per pet and the animal must be registered with the District of Columbia Department of Health.  No pet deposit. Max weight is 30lbs per pet.

This size of the apartments is worth the price, but the condition of the buildings could be better. I know it's not management fault but the residents. (Not kissing up but stating facts.) Parking is better than most. There are a lot of abandoned vehicles that could free up space, But parking is still okay in spite of this. There are two each new washers and dryers for every two buildings that have eight apartments each. I have not had a problem with using them. The cleaning crew works every day but that doesn't help much but they try their best. The price you pay for living in the hood. And the location is awesome. It is on the borderline of DC and Maryland so it's convenient. Overall, I love my place.

I haven't moved in the staff was friendly felt like I was home we looked at the apartment my daughter loved it the kids loved it it seems quite there a pool and playground the kids played on the property was clean parking wasn't heard

Maintenance takes awhile, parking is fair, noise level is decent, neighborhood has gotten a little better.
