Great apartment. Very responsive maintenance. Fairly responsive staff. I don't utilize parking currently. Fair level of noise as the person above walks like they have cinderblocks on their feet, but otherwise no noise from outside. No amenities, but the mail system works and thats all I need.

Maintenance is quite responsive but it is difficult to get in touch with management (voicemails full, wrong numbers listed on website, etc.)
