We love your four-legged family members! Please be aware that the community will allow a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment in any combination.  A combined weight limit of 75 lbs. applies to all pets. The addition of all pets must be approved in writing by a member of the community leasing/management office. Unless authorized in writing by management, neither a resident nor any guest may bring any other animal, mammal, reptile, rodent, bird or fish into the dwelling or apartment community. This building could be fantastic but the poor management ruins the value.

I love my new apartment. I just dont like the building of tenants because i feel as a target just because of my race .

I generally like living here, the location and building staff are amazing and incredibly helpful. The laundry room in the basement is not ideal, and it's not cheap for the rowdy neighbors. The highlight of this building is the newly renovated rooftop deck. It gives a beautiful 360 degree view of the city.

Overall, it is a beautiful apartment building with a wonderful staff. There are just noise issues at times and weird interactions but that just comes with city living.

Great neighborhood. DuPont Circle is a great area with a lot of restaurants and nice things to do.Very nice having a rooftop.

You are paying for the location with this building. The amenities are okay, but there's been a lot of packages stolen from the mail room, the neighbors smoke, and i've seen police outside and inside the building multiple times. It is two blocks from the metro, in the center of everything, and that's what you're really paying for.
