I love The Louis! The concierge, leasing, and management teams are friendly & helpful. The location is convenient to many restaurants, bars, & attractions. There’s a great community here!

I have been here a couple of years and it looks nice and is overall a good place to live. There are some problems under the surface. Grills and firepits mostly dont work fully and have no instructions on how to operate them so people just jam and pound on them, making them more broken. I have done a few maintenance requests for my washing machine and it still doesnt work properly. I like the people who work here and many of the residents. I hope when all the pandemic rents normalize and their revenue stream is normalized some of these things will be fixed.

I've lived here for a couple of months now and really enjoy it. The one bedroom apartment is a little small for two people but we make it work and the windows in our place (and everyone's place) are beautiful. The roof and amenities located there literally cannot be beat. We love it!
