Living here for the past year has been a great experience! While it is expensive, the quality and value shows through in the amenities, great maintenance service, and location. Neighbors are all friendly and kind, and it's a very welcoming neighborhood for young adults and families.

The staff are so friendly, amenities are upkept very well and the location is amazing. It can get a little noisy but that can't be helped because we are right in the middle of Union Market and it draws huge crowds.

The staff is always so welcoming and accomodating! Living in Union Market, you already know that it will be noisy so that is just a compromise and I think it is worth it! Great amenities - as someone who doesn't have a desk I really appreciate being able to do work at a real table in the lounge/study areas. There is ample parking as well which is super convenient
