Move in was a huge hassle. AC didn't work (it was 90+ degrees in the apartment), handles in the apartment were broken, things were left in the cabinets. Didn't seem like anyone did a sweep through before letting me move in. The people in the building are nice, but the fob system to use the elevator is a pain (usually take a minute for it to register your fob). Having issues with getting internet set up in the apartment because the way things are registered. You do not get a duplicate key. So if you need any pet care/get locked out/want to give a key to your partner etc. you are out of luck. Since the same fob is the key to the apartment, elevators, and front door, you're stuck relying on the concierge. Just makes a lot of extra work instead of simplifying living. Thus far I am not super impressed. I'd say you get what you pay for, but this place isn't cheap. Honestly for such an expensive building I expected things to be way easier then they have been.
