River East-Oxon Run

I have lived here for seven years, and unfortunately, the property has steadily declined while the rent has steadily increased. When I moved in, I was paying around $1,000 per month. My rent is now nearly $1,400 per month, yet there have been no meaningful upgrades or improvements to justify the increase. This is advertised as a gated community, but the gate has been broken for almost two years. Despite repeated rent increases, residents still do not have the basic security feature that was promised. The landscaping has also deteriorated significantly. The grass is poorly maintained, there are pet urine spots throughout the property, and I have stepped in pet waste multiple times even though I do not own a pet. The laundry facilities are outdated and difficult to use, and the building entryways look old and neglected. Maintenance issues often take a long time to resolve, and the advertised 24-hour service response has not been reliable in my experience. Inside my unit, I have dealt with water damage and dry rot affecting the bathroom and kitchen countertops. There has been leaking into my storage closet from a neighboring unit, recurring leaks around the bathroom fan, and a persistent fruit fly problem that originated from the downstairs area. These ongoing issues have made living here increasingly frustrating. Overall, this property is not what it used to be. The condition of the community has gone downhill while costs continue to rise. I am very disappointed with the lack of upkeep, delayed repairs, and continued rent increases without corresponding improvements for residents.

Its ok experience everything needs to be updated because everything in the apartment is still needs to be updated and fixed

I have been living in this community for 11 years now. So far I still like it here. I have my own parking space inside the community. It's a quiet place and the surroundings are always clean.

I have lived here for 25 years. Prior to the new management I loved living here. Not so much now. I don't know anybody from the new people taking over. They do not have the supplies or contractors working in my apartment as they should, I am glad they kept the people that I am used to working with. I do not like the fact that I have no place to make complaints. The office out back has no authority other than to pass on my messages. The apartments are run down and nobody cares. I don't want to have to move but its not the same. The dogs run rampant and nobody cares.

Love the property but our buildings need to be painted , powewashed & replacement of hall screens
