You get what you pay for

Walls are thin...I hear almost everything my neighbors do..from toilet flushing/showering, arguing, to their child who runs and slams things constantly! The property itself needs a MAJOR renovation, not just “new” appliances. Maintenance slaps bandaids on real problems instead of actually fixing them. I’ve had two water leaks from the apt above, and nothing was done to fix it, only new paint on the dried up water stains that were left on my wall/ceiling. The only good points about this place are that it’s right off the highway, the wood floors are “decent” at best, and there are no gas/water bills. Oh, and being on the main road helps too because the surrounding streets are sketchy.
