Management is non responsive, trash pile up for days, Heating is not consistent, often wake up to no heat. I am just tired of calling about it. I have called about the water being turned off without proper notification! Only once has nitice been given in advance and the other notice came after the fact. I have been wzitung for months for a new seal replacement for my refrigerator it is now 2026 and nothing. There are much needed improvements needed in customer service which seems to be lost in NOVO and a lack of professionalism. I could go on but i will stop here.
