I have lived here for four years, the apartment is decent and the location is pretty good, but the constant changing of management, the fact that our building front door is almost always broken (as are our washer/dryers) and management never seems to be concerned with maintenance requests is frustrating and we will probably move soon.

I've lived at Panorama Courts for 5 years and it's been a relaxed situation the whole time. Aside from a few noisy neighbors (who were promptly addressed by management) I've loved living close enough to the city center to get around easily but far enough away to enjoy a quiet neighborhood.

Its an affordable place and you get good size but the neighborhood has been slowly getting more dangerous with each passing month.

It's been a nice experience living here thus far. The only potential concern is the increases in rent potentially pricing people out of their apartments. Raising the rent every year or two years is not specifically indicative of a person's increase in personal salary or assets. More information should be provided about locking in a rental amount for a given time, if that option is even available.
