This establishment needs significant improvements to justify the current rental price. Management needs to be more attentive, particularly when it comes to responding to requests and addressing concerns. The building requires maintenance, along with better security and improved access. Appliances or items shown in photos may be missing or appear different upon arrival. Overall, the experience has not been the best, but it has not been the worst either.

Many maintenance problems. Also there is rarely anyone in the leasing office.

I have lived here for four years, the apartment is decent and the location is pretty good, but the constant changing of management, the fact that our building front door is almost always broken (as are our washer/dryers) and management never seems to be concerned with maintenance requests is frustrating and we will probably move soon.

I've lived at Panorama Courts for 5 years and it's been a relaxed situation the whole time. Aside from a few noisy neighbors (who were promptly addressed by management) I've loved living close enough to the city center to get around easily but far enough away to enjoy a quiet neighborhood.

Its an affordable place and you get good size but the neighborhood has been slowly getting more dangerous with each passing month.
