Amazing Place To Live

I’ve been living at The Colonnade Apartments for going on 4 years. I absolutely love my apartment. The walls are thick, maintenance requests are answered right on the spot, hard wood floors, all utilities included, the apartments are spacious, the lawn and outside is kept up very neatly. It’s never any confusion or fuss going on outside. I really feel safe coming and going. Also there’s a park/playground/basketball court/walk area that’s kept clean and safe to play. No trash scattered around outside. It’s just a peaceful place to have some fun, get some exercise, as well as having fun events during the holidays. Laundry rooms are on site. The outside as well as the inside of the complex are kept so neat/clean. The laundry rooms are kept spotless. I don’t have any complaints about my apartment or the complex. Pay rent on a their app/online or in person. The rental office is right across the street. It’s great that I don’t have to travel far to get there. ALL of the staff are friendly, extremely professional, and so understanding. The residents here are friendly, never any noise complaints or anything of the such.. The Colonnade Apartment website is easy to navigate. I wish I could give more stars!! Great Job Colonnade Apartments!! :)

The experience has been amazing!

This is my first apartment and the assistance is amazing , all I ever had to do was call ,email or go inside. The phone isn't always held up to the point I cant get in contact with ms williams. The hallways are cleans , stairways before you enter your apartment is clear , bus stops convenient for you or anyone elderly ..

My first apartment experience

I have lived at this apartment complex for over 4 years now and without a doubt I would recommend it and have recommended to people I know. Its clean, they maintenance the exterior well any emergencies need dealt with they call back immediately! Miss Zelma is super helpful! Communicate properly either email or in person or call. If anything is going such as the laundry room closed, they let you know in advance or if an alarm inspection will happen, they place notices on our door's weeks prior! And I like my apartment because its spacious, doors are secured when you leave out the building. Now my only desire would be more washing machines on site but most of all its really a nice area especially for a first time
