Some highs and lows

Pros: very kind concierge and maintainance staff; amazing location; reasonably priced; utilities included; great firewalls Cons: office staff can be hit or miss, often poor communication from management; very slow to fix major issues; unless you've got a lot of coin to spare, you're parking on the street; keeps catching on fire

Aesthetically pleasing, but lacks luster in other areas

I've live here for 3 years and have seen improvements to the outer grounds & parking, but the interior is declining. Most recently a vending machine was placed in the main lobby. There are always leaks in the main entry way as well. Carpeting in the hallways don't get shampooed often especially with the many streaks and stains. Poor communication from front office about changes that go into effect.
