What renters are saying

Residents appreciate several aspects of the property, including the kind and helpful concierge and maintenance staff, an amazing location, reasonable pricing with utilities included, and strong firewalls. The property has also seen improvements to the outer grounds and parking. Additionally, residents benefit from a vending machine in the main lobby and find the office and support staff to be phenomenal.

I have lived at Capital Park Towers over 30 years. The building has deteriorated significantly through the years. The building needs major renovations. There are fly, roach and rodent issues throughout the building. It's very unsanitary. I would not recommend moving to Capital Park Towers.

I like this apartment, but my biggest complaint is that it seems like half of the washing machines and dryers are always out of order. It’s time to get new ones. They are not designed for this amount of volume for more than 2-3 years.

It has been a very good experience living in this area. There are many conveniences as well as great entertainment in the area. Arena Stage is a short walk away. Conveniently located to the metro. A short walk to the Waterfront, restaurants and the National Mall. Walking distance to the museums and other attractions. Walking distance to the grocery store.
