Good

It has been a very good experience living in this area. There are many conveniences as well as great entertainment in the area. Arena Stage is a short walk away. Conveniently located to the metro. A short walk to the Waterfront, restaurants and the National Mall. Walking distance to the museums and other attractions. Walking distance to the grocery store.

Some highs and lows

Pros: very kind concierge and maintainance staff; amazing location; reasonably priced; utilities included; great firewalls Cons: office staff can be hit or miss, often poor communication from management; very slow to fix major issues; unless you've got a lot of coin to spare, you're parking on the street; keeps catching on fire
