I HAVE LIVED HERE NOW GOING ON TWO WEEKS. SO FAR SO GOOD. I DO HAVE ONE CONCERN THOUGH IT SEEMS EVERY MORNING I LEAVE FOR WORK IT SEEMS LIKE DOG PEE IS RIGHT ON THE STAIRWAY IT WOULD BE NICE IF WHO EVER DOG IT IS TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I LOVE ANIMALS BUT THATS INSANITARY

I have been living here since Feb 2020. I like the convenience of the apartment, the wooden floors, and the layout of the space. I like that water and gas are included. The maintenance is lacking. Lots of unprofessionalism. Takes asking more than a few times to get things done. I can't stand how the first floor always smells badly every time you walk into the building. It smells like a mix of urine, trash, and smoke. The hallways say no smoking, however, you can smell smoke coming from the units on the 1st floor.
