Living here has been amazing. My neighbors have been awesome and the community as a whole has been phenomenal. This is probably one of the best properties I have lived in.

Warning there is a man who lives in the lower level who scream all day! Beware when you are heading out to throw your trash or going to the laundry and expecting a disturbing man yelling!! WARNING DO NOT LEASE a unit in the lower level! You can hear him the hallway and in your unit. The renovation to this build is poorly made i can hear my neighbors walking and talking through the walls. Also poor property management. Honestly not worth the expense price for moving in this building. Property management has careless efforts for the tenants.

There's someone who screams all day in the apartment 3 doors down from me. It's an all-day thing and you can hear it when you're in the apartment; management hasn't done much about it and it's really uncomfortable when you are walking by with your dog or to the back door or even to take out the trash.

You can hear every footstep and every noise from your neighbors. There are people screaming in the building and people stomping all the time.

When moving in there was a man screaming all day in his apartment that I could hear. Hoping this isn't going to be a constant issue. It made me feel unsettled and unwelcomed.

I’ve lived here for a little over 2 months and I truly love this place. Although I haven’t used any of the amenities yet the office staff is absolutely kind and responsive. Everyone that comes visit compliments the neighborhood and the spacious unit .
