That is why we strive to be a pet-friendly community. Large Pets Welcome--No Weight Limit. Breed Restrictions Apply. We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment. One-Time Pet Fee - One-time Fee $400 per pet. Monthly Pet Rent - $50.00 pet rent per pet per month BREED RESTRICTIONS: We will accept all breeds of dogs, except the following or any combination of mixed breed that contain any of the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers*, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf Dog Hybrids. *(including all Pit Bull breeds - American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, Pit Bull Bordeaux, and Fila Brasilerio). I've lived at Trellis House for about 9 months and for the most part have enjoyed residing in the community. I love the calmness and safeness the community, the amenities are excellent and the location is very ideal and safe especially for people like me that are in the city for schooling purposes. One of the only room for improvement I would say is better organization of mailing and precaution taken to ensure packages are not taken.

I no longer feel appreciated as a tenant by Berkshire as I did when CIM was in charge. They hosted 1 to 2 events a month with free food and drinks that went a long way in making us feel appreciated. On the other hand, Berkshire has only done one since taking over. Pretty disappointing. Also the rent is way too much for what we get, and the college students are quite immature and noisy.
