its a good place overall, they go up every year on rent though which is not understandable because apt is the same. Parking is no good.

This is definitely one of the better places to live in Waterbury. Safe, convenient, and close to a supermarket and other essential stores, the location is great.

Ive been a resident of River’s Edge, for going on two years now. & one thing i must say, is i enjoy the peace of this area. A very friendly & relaxed community. Glad to have made this place my home.

Living here has been comfortable, the other tenants have been welcoming and friendly. When there is a issue inside my unit it is corrected in a timely manner. My only complaint would be the pool hours I wish they would extend them at least to 9pm to accommodate those of us who can only use it in the evening
