There are several things that have been damaged due to water leaks from other units that not been fixed and damage from a hot water heater that has not been fix for well over a year now. The noise, i.e., the residents who live in the above unit are not considerate to the quiet times nor are they considerate to the fact that people live below them, and they treat their unit as if it's a basketball court or running track causing things in my unit to fall off walls. Several complaints have been made for all of which I am speaking of here and it all seems to fall on deaf ears. The noise level in the hallway is ridiculous, people yelling and blasting music from their phones. Parking is atrocious for residents. Nonresidents Park wherever they want, and the tow company has never been onsite since the day they posted their signs. There is not enough handicap parking for the residents, especially when nonresidents take up those spaces. Again, this issue fell on deaf ears for the past 4 property managers.

I have lived here going on three years. nobody bothers you. everybody pretty friendly. it's a decent area. we rent a two bedroom and its right off the elevator which is good for my brother because he has disabilities...
