Well well maintained, friendly atmosphere, and very quiet

Have lived here for one year. Wish there was the option to pay for a parking space because there is not enough handicap spots to accommodate everyone will physical needs. Very happy otherwise with cost, cleanliness is outstanding, onsite maintenance and management are wonderful people and it's very quiet.
