The staff is polite but does not return calls when promised. Also, depending on who answers the phone depends on the answers you get for your questions. Maintenance is awesome. Always professional and kind. Parking is atrocious. They started offering paid parking spaces which is ludicris. The rent is crazy high and then if we werent lucky enough to be offered a parking space, we now walk much farther which is inconvenient in winter or rain with groceries etc. the positives are location, kind neighbors, The maintenance guys. The biggest con is how the prices keep going up almost $100 a year. That is crazy.
