Expensive but Nice

The bad: Rent is expensive, parking garage is expensive and so tight and people can take your spot, amenities are not well maintained or worth the money (got rid of shuttle service, pool table is crooked, shuffleboard has no sand, gym is just eh, coffee bar has maintenance issues from time to time). The good: Our apartment itself is beautiful, maintenance staff is great and service requests get done quickly, most of the staff too is kind.

Alright Living Space

I have been living here for about 2 years now. Don't love the building but it's in a great location and I have a nice view so I haven't moved since. but will most likely look into it soon. The parking situation can be rough depending on where your spot is and the time of the year. Usually when there are Downtowns events in Stamford, locals take your parking spot. It's not the safest parking as it's open to the public. The Amenities are not bad, they never get busy. The office staff can be difficult to work with at times (I have to follow up with them multiple times). The building is always clean thanks to the staff cleaning everyday. The fire alarm goes off way too much, it's actually ridiculous.
