This building appears to have permanent infrastructure issues and is plagued by monthly water outages. All water or hot water services have consistently gone out monthly for the last ~6months at the 355 Atlantic Street location. There is no notice period, and water is typically out for 2-3days at a time. It is no stretch to say that Atlantic Station loses hot water service for at least 10% of all days in any given month, randomly, due to recurring pipe infrastructure issues that the management and owner have not been able to resolve. It is the perfect place to live if you hate showering or prefer to walk across the street to pay LifeTime Fitness to use their showers instead. Also they offer no compensation for these recurring outages.

Lack of guest parking is an issue. Gym is small. Views are great and buidlibg is well maintained. Walkibg distance to downtown.
