Great location!
I have lived on this property approximately 6 months and we really enjoy the amenities offered here. Also, the convenience to shopping and walking trails are great. I also enjoy having access to the fitness center and not having to pay for a gym membership offsite.
Overall a good place
Love the location, its close to everything i could possibly need. Lot of families with kids.
Tempo Evergreen
Nice and quiet location. Great value. Love the gym and recreational area. Staff attends our needs on time and attend our needs. Walking distance to shopping, supermarket, Costco, ...
Office staff are awesome, Gym needs maintenance and cleaning
Ihave lived at Tempo for 5 years. overall great place. Jess is terrific and responsive. I suggest a preventative maintaince on the gym equipment. When it breaks it takes a long time to fix
Great Spot with Typical Property Management Issues
The apartment itself is fine. Some wasted space in the layout. Mostly families or older people that live in the complex. Management isn't great. Lots of mechanical issues in the apartment. Lots of issues with guests (or residents) parking in reserved spots and the guest spots being full. Management doesn't enforce towing, just sends an email to move the cars (which never get moved). Pool is small and always filled with kids. Tons of kids running around screaming or almost running you over with their bikes or scooters on the sidewalks--parents seem to let their kids run free and without rules. In a great area (Evergreen walk), anything you could need in the mile-ish radius around the complex. But in the complex it's basically no rules and no oversight. If you can ignore that you'll enjoy.
