I have lived here for three years. It has been a wonderful experience. I love the location, the easy access to Route 95 ( only 13 minutes away), and the convenient access to many businesses, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The staff and maintenance personnel are outstanding and very accommodating. Maintenance requests are answered quickly. If I had to pick one MINOR drawback, it would be the landscaping. The company that was hired could do much better to maintain the property. It's a beautiful piece of property that should be showcased.

It's a nice quite place to live for now. This Place need a designated place to park, i don't like looking for parking for a parking space especially for the rent i am paying.

I have lived here for three years and am quite happy. My only minor dissatisfaction is with the loud barking of the dogs, which resounds in the building, and with the build-up of leaves in the carport. The lawn service workers never seem to clear the leaves in the carport.

I have lived here for 6 moths, and so far the few maintenance issues have been taken care of in a very timely fashion. Seems to be plenty of parking, though I pay extra for carport reserved space. The pool and gym areas are clean and well kept. Overall I am happy and seems like a fair value for location and amenities.
