Sunset Rock Apartments

My partner, our cat and I really like our 2 bedroom apartment. The hardwood floors are nice and theres many windows. The greenspace around the buildings is nice too. Rent is fair, the location is convenient to many things, and the property manager is firendly and responsive

June will be one year that I have lived here. Great location, great staff! Wish our building had a washer and dryer. Nine times out of ten, when someone uses them in Building A, they forget about it and leave it there, sometimes for hours.

great apartments. over priced. short staffed. parking areas covered by trees that leak sticky substances on cars.

I enjoy the apartment. The people are nice and the place is located in a quiet area. In just a couple mintues away, there is a lot of fun activities. The property manager Valerie goes above and beyond to make sure all the tenants are taken care of and their needs are met for the betterment of the community. Everyone keeps to themselves, which is also nice. Overall, great place to live.

Great location. It's nice and quiet. The only thing I would increase is the amount of washer and dryers. I'm in B building and we don't have one. So, eight apartments share one washer and one dryer- not realistic.

Complex is full of greenery, parking is convenient and priced well (first space included, 2nd for $25/mo). Units make efficient use of space with beautiful flooring, modern windows, and well-maintained appliances (Some units have stainless steel, some don't). Basically you get the upkeep and amenities of a large apartment building but it feels more like living in a condo or duplex. Area offers most if not all day-to-day conveniences, and going somewhere is made easy with highway access basically around the corner. Valerie is amazing. Water is hard but that's not the apartment's fault.
