Great place to live
Middletown Ridge has friendly staff a convenient location and frequent community events. Everything stays nicely landscaped and relatively clean. My only complaints would be the stairs are loud and the gym could have more equipment. Overall a great place to live.

Not worth it
Rent keeps going up but no updates to the community ever seem to happen. The buildings flood and now smell like mold, siding is missing from the buildings, theres a sink hole that keeps coming back. The moderators to the community forum deny posts bringing attention to any of these things. You can never actually get a hold from anyone in the office. The Maintenance team are the only reliable people here.

Overall Happy to live here
I have lived here for about 4 months now and I have very few complaints, grounds are kept nicely neighbors keep to themselves but are generally courteous. It is a very nice location near many good restaurants. Kind of perfectly situated in the middle of the state.
