General
Great location and fllor plan. Maitanence issues due to building age. Maintenance staff does a good job with challenges
Quiet community, Okay Amenities, staff had an attitude
Great storage space for a 1-bedroom, everything was in working function, maintenance fast and efficient. My one issue was with the staff and pet policy. $500 dollar base fee plus $40 per pet per month. I asked about fostering and was given the impression that "even if you pet sit, you have to pay all fees". A little ridiculous. But if you are looking for a clean, quiet place, go for it.
Not a bad place to live
I have lived here since June 2023. I had issues when first moving in due to broken a/c, questionable stains on the carpet, things not working. They were eventually fixed, but not very fast. Maintenance is very slow and takes days to come out. Places I have lived before maintenance takes less than a day to reach back out. Maintenance is probably the biggest issue. It always is very hard to get ahold of anyone in the office as there is no direct number or person to email. I have felt safe living here though, and minimal noise. Parking is great there is never a problem with that. I did not check out the pool this summer but it seems to be good, package delivery in the amazon hub is great and you get a text when its delivered. Maintenance is probably the worst part of living here.
It’s ok
Grounds are set up the best in the area. Dog park is also best in the area. The problems though are the very tired aparments and lack of maintenance. The door and windows are so dated its very difficult to keep proper temp in the winter. The showers also need updating, tiles are old and grout crumbling. Its too bad, so much protential.
