The quality of living here is zero.

There is virtually no one to cal or otherwise reach for maintenance. The building is in need repairs. Painting and carpets are decades old. The exterior is depressing. It is not Artspace . Huge trash containers outside of the building are discussing and always filled. Mattresses and discarded furniture are always laying outside for weeks. It is not a friendly environment to reside in.

Location is prime

I absolutely love the location however, maintenance calls take forever. Some neighbors are irresponsible pet owners, and some tenants Think it’s a great idea to smoke in the hallway, setting the fire alarm off in the middle of the night. Aside of all of that it’s a great place to live. It’s on the bus line for those who don’t drive parking is available for a fee. There isn’t too much noise for the most part but other tenants that live on the higher floors play loud music with the windows open in the summertime and you can hear it outside, and if your own windows are open. The playground area needs to be updated because it is broken and that is a huge lawsuit. Waiting to happen. There is great food nearby, barbershops hair salons a library all within walking distance has its pros and its cons but to me personally the pros outweigh the cons. I think this is the first building where you don’t have to worry about someone stealing your packages which is awesome. The laundry facility could be updated but for the most part, it works, if you have a comforter, you need to bring it to a laundromat. The art gallery is open occasionally and there is a theater right next-door. The floors are concrete so they’re very cold, but throwing down area rugs helps immensely the size of the units are incredible and a plethora of closet Space.

couldn't be happier

Aside of the location being right in center of town, you don't feel like your right in the middle of a busy town. Unlike most building living, you don't hear what's happening outside or from other units. I love this building and the other residents are very kind and respectful to each other's privacy. We aren't on top of one another. Next door on the weekends during the summer there's live outdoor music which is nice, and many local events are within walking distance! The Laundry facilities are clean and convenient. I wish I had moved in sooner.
