This property's greatest appeal is that they allow pets, and the property management and maintenance team respond promptly. The older buildings have mold in the basements and it's very noisy due to the fire station and police station being near by. Central air went out last year and have not been provided an ETA on if or when it will be fixed, which was one of the appeals of choosing this apartment initially.

Stephanie who helps manage the apts here has brrn great. If not amazing at her job. Shes not a people person but she will hear you out. ?? she does take her job seriously and i can trust her word. Maintenance is in its own separate categorie though. I give it a 3 due to the back staircases to my apt complex are not only worn out if you will but also some things are Broken. Ive reported some maintenance issues in my apt before and wouldnt even get an answer somethings and i live in the top floor and they still cant find some leaks. Overall for the apt complex most ppl respect the rules and mostly cant hear your neighbors so I definitely say a 4 out of 5
