I've been here almost 6 years and I don't think I'm renewing. The place has gotten worse and worse even with new ownership. Laundry rooms that smell of mold and barely work, dead cars in lots taking up spaces, inexperienced maintenance, moldy pool, threatening emails weekly, and what I think is the biggest of them all is drain pipes being replaced by maintenance without permits. There has yet to be a general contractor on site yet here they are ripping out Plumbing. buildings are now a hazard to live in. Look elsewhere
