Not worth the rent. Although the units themselves are nice. Its headed towarded looking like a low income community. You have to pay for everything...gas, electric, water, sewage, garbage, pest control etc. I would think twice before paying so much to live in a place with no amementies at all.

Poor parking options, they claim that parking is not allowed on the road yet refuse to take action beyond emails when people are constantly parked on the road which is a hazard and has almost caused accidents multiple times. Poorly lit pathways and the clubhouse they advertise is just the empty leasing office with no amenities. Known issues in apartments, but maintenance and the company will wait until it is an emergency to tell you about them, making it so you cannot use any preventative measures to try to avoid these emergencies. They've promised a dog run for multiple months yet have only added more flowers that they add then rip out every 2-3 months. The townhouses themselves are nice and spacious.

It takes months to have things fixed, dog path has poor lighting and nowhere to quickly disgard poop bags along route, people allow kids to walk aroundcunattended ringing doorbells and throwing rocks w/o concequences. Calls/emails go unattended. They claim to have use of a club house but that is not the case. They are selljng straight lies.

They never have someone to answer request in a timely manner. Its very annoying. they need to have a more reliable staff. Also, too many cars, A lot of people own more than 2 cars and dont use garage They need to invest in landscaping to make property look nice.
