its ok kids playing basketball, but in the parking lot by your car if i complain im the bad one!! And it really dont have any amenities for recreation for them, so i just deal with it i guess. Otherwise the place is ok....

Love how management keeps up with the maintenance and apperance of their property at Stoneycrest. Parking is great and quiet

I dont mind a lil outdated you have a roof over your head the outdated last more then the new building im sure i would love a 1 bedroom here.
Just ok
The inside of the units are so out dated. White refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. I had to wait 1 year + for a new stove. Limit cabinet and counter space. Windows are big and old, so impractical to have to slide them open and close. Only plus is heat and hot water is included
Quality of living
Neighborhood is not very good. Places are outdated and cheap for the full price of the rent.
